It has been very expensive to raise a child on the Autism Spectrum with very little
financial help.
Many treatment modalities, especially the
bio-medical
ones, can cost thousands of dollars. I have applied for a few autism grants, but so far have not been successful in receiving any. My hope is to share with you all the articles, resources and support institutions that I find, in order to help families get the interventions they need for their children. This ranges from financial help, educational, social, environmental and biomedical assistance.

I have been fortunate enough to find an honest attorney who is helping me to get my son the special education services he needs. I spent years of fighting with the school district to no avail. So I want to share this valuable resource with you, as it can make the difference in being heard, or being dismissed by the school district.The law offices of

PAUSE4kids provides scholarship or grant funding for programs or services for special needs children. The Board of Directors reviews applications submitted by individual parents on behalf of their child. Their funds are limited. They prefer to fund smaller programs or services (under $1000) so that they may serve a greater number of children. They prefer parents who have limited financial resources or special circumstances that are compelling.
Generation Rescue’s
goal is to introduce and help facilitate early and on-going biomedical treatment by providing the necessary resources to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families. Generation Rescue is proud to offer a grant program for treatments that may not otherwise be covered privately or by other third-party funding sources such as school districts, county programs, insurance, and/or other grant making entities.

The United Healthcare Children's Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to facilitating access to medical-related services that have the potential to significantly enhance either the clinical condition or the quality of life of the child and that are not fully covered by the available commercial health benefit plan. This “support” is in the form of a medical grant to be used for medical services not covered or not completely covered by commercial health benefit plans.
ACT Today! is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to provide funding and support to families that cannot afford the treatments their autistic children need to achieve their full potential. Our goal is to introduce and help facilitate early and on-going treatment by providing the necessary resources (including referrals, funding and guidance) to individuals with autism and their families.
